Properties (the following information is for reference only): white crystalline or granular powder, soluble in water, 80% of lactone is converted to glucuronic acid after 2 months of storage of the aqueous solution. When heated to 100 ℃, 60% of the ester and 40% of the acid reach an equilibrium state within 2 hours. Slightly soluble in methanol, slightly soluble in ethanol. See the light darkens.
